Template editing help
Ok folks, I need some help. I keep seeing these wonderful templates folks have and how easily people put things like buttons and other info into their blogs.
Personally, as a web page designer, I find the template creating/editing tool in Blogger to be impossible to understand/use.
HOW do you all do it so easily?!?!?! Is there some magic software out there that I've missed? Some easy to understand tutorial that will suddenly make me a Blogger Wizard? Or are you all faking the ease and it really IS a pain in the butt to make simple changes like putting a Secret Pal Button in my blog?

I have resorted to begging my niece in London to do mine. I have tried on countless occasions to do it myself and failed miserably. I finally gave up. And I can usually figure things out. I know how you feel. It's very frustrating.
